Teachers
Mastery Schools New Zealand is dedicated to supporting students with learning challenges. We’re always looking for passionate individuals who want to make a real difference in young people’s lives.
All of our teaching staff receive specialist training in the Science of Learning and coaching in direct and explicit instruction. Together, we focus on improving learning outcomes in a supportive, caring, and fun environment — helping children who experience academic distress to thrive.
About the Role
We currently do not have any positions available, but welcome expressions of interest from educators. We welcome outstanding teachers who are keen to make a difference in children’s lives. Our teachers would feel excited to apply science of learning-based approaches to the classroom including explicit and direct instruction.
We offer the chance to help change the outcomes for ākonga who really need extra help in their learning, a collaborative and supportive team culture, highly attractive conditions and a competitive salary.
